How to Do Self EMDR

FIRST read this. This woman, Louise Hay, has been through horrible horrible abuse/sexual abuse, and got a type of vaginal cancer later in life because of it. She had the idea that if the trauma that created her negative beliefs CAUSED the cancer....then why couldn't changing the beliefs to positive ones CURE it? So she told the Dr (who wanted to start chemo right away) to let her delay chemo for a couple months while she tried an experiment, and if it didn't work, she would do chemo right away.
